ROUGH-IN PACKAGE ESTIMATION
We provide you a list of material quantities for your “rough-in” or “dry-in” phase. Basic framing/lumber as well as the sheathing and structural members, and weather membrane for roof and exterior walls.
DRYWALL & EXTERIOR SIDING
This package can provide you with drywall and/or exterior siding take-offs speciliazied to fit your plans.
MILLWORK & INTERIOR TRIM PACKAGE
Linear footage take-off for amounts of interior trim as dictated by plans or specified by you. We also detail interior doors, exterior doors, and windows as part of this service if desired.

What is the cost for your service?
There is a $50.00 retainer fee for all non-subscribers which is paid upfront for plan review. Once the scope of work is properly ascertained a Will Not Exceed bid will be submitted for you to accept or reject. If the bid is acceptable to you, the $50.00 will be applied as a deposit toward the cost of the takeoff. However, should you choose against proceeding with the purchase of the bid, the $50.00 fee will not be credited or refunded.
How long will it take to receive my completed takeoffs?
Once the bid for work has been accepted, the takeoffs will be completed in 24-48 hrs. If the scope of work is unusually involved, the lead time will be worked out with you in advance as part of the bid.
